He was born Charles Eugene Boone in 1934 in Jacksonville, Florida.He began his professional singing career while a student at North Texas State College. In 1953, while still in his teens, Pat married Shirley Lee Foley, a marriage that has endured to this day. The following year he appeared on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts and Ted Mack's Amateur Hour, winning both. He signed his first recording contract with Republic Records in 1954.

Hank Williams is the father of contemporary country music. Williams was a superstar by the age of 25; he was dead at the age of 29. In those four short years, he established the rules for all the country performers that followed him and, in the process, much of popular music. Williams wrote a body of songs that became popular classics, and his direct, emotional lyrics and vocals became the standard for most popular performers. Hank lived a life as troubled and reckless as that depicted in his songs.

Hank Williams was born in Mount Olive, Alabama, on September 17, 1923. When he was eight years old, Williams was given a guitar by his mother. His musical education was provided by a local blues street singer, Rufus Payne, who was called Tee Tot. From Tee Tot, Hank learned how to play the guitar and sing the blues, which would come to provide a strong undercurrent in his songwriting. Williams began performing around the Georgiana and Greenville areas of Alabama in his early teens. His mother moved the family to Montgomery, AL, in 1937, where she opened a boarding house. In Montgomery.

Hank formed a band called the Drifting Cowboys and landed a regular spot on the local radio station, WSFA, in 1941. During his shows, Williams would sing songs from his idol, Roy Acuff, as well as several other country hits of the day. WSFA dubbed him the Singing Kid and Williams stayed with the station for the rest of the decade. "Move It On Over," released later in 1947, became Hank Williams's first single for MGM. It was an immediate hit, climbing into the country Top Five. By the summer of 1948, he had joined the Louisiana Hayride, appearing both on its tours and radio programs.Hank Williams was scheduled to play a concert in Canton, OH, on January 1, 1953. He was scheduled to fly out of Knoxville, TN, on New Year's Eve Williams was injected with two shots of the vitamin B-12 and morphine by a doctor.

Williams got into the backseat of the Cadillac with a bottle of whiskey and the teenage chauffeur headed out for Canton. Williams was taken to a West Virginian hospital and he was officially declared dead at 7:00 AM on January 1, 1953. Hank Williams had died in the back of the Cadillac, on his way to a concert. Between them the two divisions mustered only a company of tanks, some armoured cars and half-tracks; but even the remnants of a panzer division deployed more firepower that the 1st Airborne, whose artillery support was provided by 75-mm pack howitzers which one of its own gunners described as 'quite unlethal'. Wyatt Earp is a movie that has the same story as Tombstone. On the other hand Wyatt Earp show the story softer than Tombstone in my opinion. Wyatt Earp is a man that has true love with his wife. He likes his girlfriend for a long time till he confident to ask her to married with him. Fortunately, his wife died because she got health problem. From his wife death makes Wyatt to be a drunker. He drink all the time. Finally he can quit from alcoholism. He is a a stagecoach driver and buffalo hunter, he served as deputy marshal in Wichita, Kansas and Dodge City, Kansas, where he became friends with Bat Masterson and Doc Holliday. He moves to Dodge city and people him as a deputy chief. he got that name because he is afearless amn. He don't afraid anybody.

He and his brother and friend Doc holiday decide to ove to Arozona.He confront with many problem because of his regualtion that was strict. Wyatt Earp and his gang has a confrontation with Clanton. From this problem makes Virgil Earp died and Morgan loss his arm. From this fight made Wyatt and Clanton revenge. Finally, Wyatt decide to out of the town

My opinion

I like this version than Tombstone because Tombstone is more cruel than Wyatt Earp although it is the same story. Wyatt Earp is a great amn , he wants to live in the town where is peaceful but he force with people that missunderstand his objective.Wyatt and Doc is a close friend. as I saw that Doc got a tubercolosis but he decide to come to help Earp. This movie show many thing about the social at that time such as the law that if some people is more strict, he may move to other like present. At first he was with his family but fortunately his parents were killed by Indian guy. Jack and his sistert were survive. He is adopted by the Cheyenne tribe and the chief of the "human beings" the man who he called as grandfather and he love grandfather very much.He saves the life of Younger Bear in a raid on the Pawnee and earns the name, Little Big Man.

He got married with Olga a Swedish girk but she can't speak English. Jack and Olga desire to launch a store in the west. On the way, Olga was taken by Indians. jack force with many fight between two tribes of Indiand but fortunately he survive everytime.

There are a fighting that he saw a girl wii been give birth during the fighthing. Jack desire to help he. Finally he married with her. Her name is sunshine. Jack found that his ex wife Olga is a wife of his rival but he don't tell or make Olga knew that.

I love this movie. I like Mr. Jack character. He likes a man who can amke people smile and laught all the time. This movie show me many things about of the way of life Indians . I know what the house of Indians call(tee pee). I think Old Lodge Skin is a brave a man. he know what will happen and he is very kind man. He love Jack as his son eventhough Jack is not.This movie shows me about love between two people that are different race, language, or the way of life but they can live together with love. I like his love with Sunshine, Sunshine is beautifule girl in my mind. This movie tell me about the Human being. The Human being don't require a boy to be a worrior if he don't want to go. from this movie I realize thatthere are the gay or homosexual for a long time. This movie is the story of The old Indian fighter, and human being who was promise land where they could live in peace. This movie is about a group of brother that moe from Dodge city to Arizona. All of them think that this city can make them get richer. . Wyatt Earp has two brother that is Morgan and Virgil and he has a great freind " Doc Holiday" who stand beside him all the time.

All of them have a problem with cowboys in this city because Wyatt has a rule that this city does't allow people to handle any gun and sholdn't drunk. They got a trouble with Clanton. Wyatt and his brother and Cod Holiday fight with Clanton, From this fighting Morgan died and Virgil lost his leg. Finally , Wyatt and his brother and his friend won. unfortunately for Doc Holiday he got a serious problem with his health.

First of all, I would like to say that I like this movie because this movie present me about the relationship of brothers and friends. I watch this movie with my brothes , he said that why that guy is so bad(Earp) but I have diiferent opinion . I think Eatp and his friends did a good thinkgs. They resist the bad cow boy who has a red piece of cloth on thiers waist. Earp is a brave man and clever. He has many trick to clean up the bad guy. He has a rule to not allow people to have gun when they are in bar, he has a power to influence his friend to do everything. Ruth Brown was born January 12, 1928 in Portsmouth, Virginia. Ruth had a string of R&B successes, although when the hits tried up in the early 60s, the industry was quick to forget about her as she worked as a domestic to make ends meet. Through Hairspray, her role in the Broadway revue Black and Blue and various appearances in TV sitcoms she gradually got herself back to the top of her profession, her status as a pioneer assured and acknowledged, not to mention her work advocating the rights and royalties of her musical friends and colleagues.

The young Ruth Weston was a huge fan of Dinah Washington and Sarah Vaughn and she initially performed in the style of those performers with the trumpeter Jimmy Brown, whom she also married (and later divorced). Although her debut was delayed while Ruth recovered from a serious car accident, when she did get to record she scored hits immediately with 'So Long' (I believe the first Atlantic R&B smash), 'Teardrops From My Eyes' and 'I'll Wait For You'. This very early material is available on the "Classics 1949-50" CD. It's a very cheap introduction but it really isn't representative enough of her full Atlantic career to warrant serious attention unless you're really strapped for cash.

After the 1960 hit 'Don't Deceive Me', Ruth star status began to wane and she didn't really begin to rebuild her career until the mid to late 70s. Until then, she worked a regular nine to five she has two children , although she did record periodically and released well regarded albums on the DCC and Capitol Jazz labels. The Fantasy recordings are all worth considering but the Primer preference is the 1991 release "Fine and Mellow". The 1997 Bullseye Blues CD "R+B=Ruth Brown" is also worth a listen, although it has to be said the voice, whilst it has lost none of its expression, is a little less powerful than it was at its 1950s peak.

Ruth also spent much of this period fighting long and hard for artist royalty rights, including her own, and she won her own personal legal battle with Atlantic Records. Ruth Brown deserves an entry in any R&B or general music Primer as a pioneer and wonderfully expressive and gifted singer. She managed to get to the top of the tree on two occasions and worked hard to overcome injustices on both her own and others' behalf. She was deservedly inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1993

The railroad is make them wellknown as "GANG IRON MOUNTAIN RAILWAY"because they always rob the railroad with the sentence " Give your money" In all rob, they killed many peopleThe government set high payment for peron who can arrest them but nobody can because of thay good in fighting and horse.

Jesse fall in love with a beautiful woman . Frank also got married with Anna. Both of two women knew that those guy is outlaw but their decide to married with because of love only.Jesse and Frank and the gang made many criminal in mant country. there are many volunteers want to cathch them so the gang was arrest and shot when they decide to rob the bank. Fortunately for Jesse anf Frank they survive.

Fianlly Jesse was killed by Bob Ford a gang member because of Bob want tne money.That is the end of the bad gu who kill many people in only one his life.

My opinion

When I got this movie I felt doubt what kind of this movie. Ajarn have played in class and it is black and white movie. It makes me afriad to watch because I think I will take a nap definitely if I wath the black and white movie. So I prepare my mind for a long time to watch it. Finally i decide to wacth and I change my mind when I know that this movie is coloe movie.And another problem is this movi doesn't have sub title. So I felt worried again because I 'm not good in listening skill. At first i will give up but I think I should try. it may be not difficult for me. The sound of this movie make me awake all the time because this movie about the outlaw gang that rob the bank, train. I think this movie is good movie but i don't like it very much. I think I get many philosophy from this movie such as love, bad guy, wrong decision.

LOVE.

From this movie make me understand about love of a woman who ahve true love with a man although she know that his husband is a outlaw guy but she decide to get married with . I think love is all aroun us but we have to love with mind and heart in the same time. Most of all we shoul love ourselves and give love for others.

BAD GUYS

This movie is about criminal of a gang that always rob bank, train and they kill many people when they rob. All of their end of life is died with unhappy some of them were in jail, some of them were shut. That is the end of bad guys. So when we are in the world we shoud do good thing.

WRONG DECISION

People have only one time to do anything because time not tide. When we done bad things we can't correct anything. Oue action is depend on mind so before when we have to do anyhting we should think carefully. From this movie if Jesse and Frank don't walk in the wrong way ,they may ahve good future and have the good end of their life with warmth family.

Characteristic

I think Jesse is more brave than Frank. He has a part of kindness but he can't shoe that part to others because he has the leader mind. If he show the part of sensitive so the sub will not respect him.I saw this part at the scene of when Bob come to his home and Jesse knifed him and then he go to the room where his wife and baby there so he change his mind to get knife out of Bob's body.

Shenandoah was direct by Andrew V. Mclaglen. The main charactor is Chalie Anderson was acted by James Stewart. Shenandoah take place in Northern Virginia. This movie is about father of big family that has 6 children. He is widow.At that time in Virginia has a war but he doesn"t want to be part of the war and he doesn't his related person to participate also. He has 5 son and one daughter. one of his son already married and he has daughter in law , her name is Ann. For only one daughter has crunch with a soilder and they get married but fortunately for Jennie. On the day of her marriage , his husband have to go to the war. At first Andersons don't want to be the part of the war but finally they have to because the youngest oh the family( The Boy ) was caught by the army. They want to help their lover. He doesn't allow one of his sonto go wth because he want him to take care of hos daughter and wide and the land. At first Chalire tried to negotiate with the leader of the war to release his youngest son but he tell Chalie that he can't because he has many people to control. So Anderson decide to stop the train that have the people who were accuse to be the prisoner. Andersons decide to release all people in the train and fire it. From the releasing the train it make Jennie happy because she finds her husband. There are people invade his house and kill his son and his son's wife. when he back home he was upset because he lost his son and he don't fine the Boy. All of them have better feeling. They go to the church and this place make all of them because The boy come back with injure on his leg. The Boy survive because of his black friend. All of his family happy with his coming.

My opinion

I think this movie is a good movie for the family. The culture at that time is differnr from American culture now. At that time childre still living with family although they get married or grow up that different from present. At present children will seperate from family to learn about the world by themselves. For characteristic, Mr. Chalie he is a good father who take care of his children . He lost his wife but he love his wife very much. He goes to his wife tomb every day. This family live with love and peaceful. although there are many people in family but they are happy. Jennie is a patient woman she doesn't afraid to paricipate with his fathe and brother to help her youngest brother. I think it may cause of she stay with 6 guys that teach her to have some part like a man. I impressed with Black guy in two movie that I watched in this course,that is The Patriot and this movie. I saw The Black guy characteristic, they are tought, sincere, and hospitality.If the Boy doesn't got hlpfrom his black guy friend he may died.Thank you Ajarn for giving me a good movie that make me happy when I watched.

Jeremaih Johnson direct by Sydney Pollack Robert Redfort act as Jeremaih Johnson. The story is about Jeremiah Johnson, a man with a mysterious past who decides to 'go bush ' and live in the American Rockies, trapping beavers and hunting to survive.
Jeremiah arrives in the Rockies, and it is painfully clear that he is not very good at survival techniquesat first . He encounters Bear Claw , who has been living off the mountains for a long time and who takes Jeremiah under his wing, which is fortunate, as he would not likely have survived otherwise.
Presently, Jeremiah strikes out on his own, and soon encounters a crazy woman whose husband and daughter were killed by Indians. She asks Jeremiah to look after her son, who has been mute ever since he witnessed the killings.
Next, Jeremiah comes across another crazy man, bald and buried in the sand up to his neck. Jeremiah frees this man, and they go and steal back the man's supplies and horses. They also kill some Indians, something Jeremiah is unhappy about.
Next, they encounter some Flathead Indians who are fundamentally peace-loving Indians, and Jeremiah gives them the scalps of the Indians that they have killed and some of the horses. In exchange, he receives the chief's sister as a wife, something which Jeremiah is also not all that happy about. Slowly, however, he comes to accept his lot and also becomes fond of his wife.
One day, some white settlers come along and ask for Jeremiah's help in locating a stranded wagon train.

Jeremiah unwillingly leads the settlers through a Crow burial ground, and then returns home to find his wife and son dead - killed by Crow Indians presumably in revenge for his desecration of their sacred burial ground. Jeremiah kills several Crows in retaliation, and continues to kill the Crow warriors sent to kill him. He becomes almost legendary in his ability to cheat death.
Finally, Jeremiah returns to the crazy woman's house - she has long been killed by Indians, and he sees a monument to himself. He also sees the Crow chief, and finally it appears, peace is made.

My opinion.

This movie is about a amn who has to survive in the American Rockie. He face with amny good and bad experience during he is there. Jeremiah is a funny guy he change crisis to chance. he has to married with a girl that he doesn't know before but the main point is they have different language to talk with. Jeremiah try to teach his wife know to speak English. Although they have different language and culture but they have good relationship with.Jeremiah love his wife because he knew that his wife love and take care him carefully. For the crazy woman son, Jeremaih love as his son although that boy is not the real son.

The patriot revolution directs by Roland Emmerich. The main actor is Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger. The movie takes place in South Carolina in 1776. Benjamin Martin, a French-Indian war hero who is haunted by his past. There are a war with Britain but he doesn't want to participate the war becaue he has bad experience with thw war. His son " Gabriel Martin" he think opposit with his father. He wants to join the war. During the war Gabriel backs home to send mail to someone but fortunately to him Colonel Tavington, British solder infamous for his brutal tactiks, captures Gabriel and sentences him to be hanged. As Gabriel is taken away, Thomas tries to help his brother but he was shut front of his father and brother. Martin tried to help Gabriel by hide himself behind the tree and shut the soldiers. After he help his son he turn to camp and decides to join the war. Martin and his son go out to find person who willing to join the war. Martin has faced with many problem but he solve the problem with his intelligent and great tactics.Colonial Tavington is a bad guys. He does anything that make him won although he will loose his dignity. He order hid soldiers to fire the church. From those cause it make Gabriel get angry because his girlfriend died. Gabriel go to kill him but he was kill. According to Gabriel death Martin decide to quit the war but United State flag is a thing that change his mind to get back to the warrior. Finally he won because of all of people who do them best effort to help their nations.
My opinion.
When I got this movie first i thing this movie will make me bore or not? becuase i did't watch it before. But after i watch this movie, it is my most favourite movie. This movie give me many experience.I see the love between father and kids, people whowilling to go to war althogh they don"t know what will happen. They may save or die but they go with thier volunteer. Nobody doesn't wat to join the war because they ahve to seperate from thier family but he decide to go th save their Nation.
